If you have questions about my shop or the books you're purchasing, I'm happy to answer them. Here are some of the questions I get asked most frequently...
How does this work?
You buy the book from my shop. You get an email with a link. It usually has a subject line that reads: Your books are here!
Inside that email will be a link to BookFunnel. You can download the E-Book from BookFunnel and put it on the device you choose - your iPhone or iPad, your Kindle or your Nook. You can download the E-Book to ANY device!
It works the same way for audiobooks. You can download your MP3 files to ANY app you choose and enjoy your books on the go!
For paperbacks, your order will ship within 1-2 weeks and you'll be notified with a tracking number once it's in the post. All packages are automatically weather-proofed and insured so you can be sure you'll get your books in pristine condition!
How do I get my books?
If you’re having trouble accessing a purchase you made from my shop, go to your BookFunnel library here.
Login or create an account with the same email address that you made your purchase from. Your books should be waiting for you!
If you still don’t see your books, try this: copy the email address associated with your purchase and your order number. Then email my awesome support team at help@bookfunnel.com
Can I get these books on Amazon or another retailer?

I'm always happy to have readers that enjoy my books across different platforms. However, there are a couple of things you might want to know...
My signed paperbacks are only available on my website and come with exclusive swag (stickers, bookmarks, etc) that you won't find anywhere else.
My E-Book Bundles are also exclusive to my website and discounted only on here. That's because retailers set rules around pricing. But on my shop, I'm allowed to give you discounts, deals, and coupons!
Do you offer paperbacks?
Yes! You can shop for signed paperbacks here.
I LOVE sending out paperback orders so I add swag (like stickers and a bookmark) free with every order. The swag is randomly selected so you never know what you'll get!
How do I find the reading order?
I write every story to be a standalone romance featuring one main couple who gets their happily ever after, so the books can be read in any order.

Where are the bonus scenes?
If you want to access bonus scenes, go here to read them.
That page is regularly updated with bonus scenes from new books so you can bookmark it if you want.
